1. Returns & Exchanges:

2. Refunds:

Once the product(s) have been received and verified to be in their original condition, we will process a refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within [ 5-7 working Days] of receiving the product(s). This is the standard time frame for processing refunds, but it may take longer for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

If the product(s) are not received in their original condition, we may decline the refund or offer a partial refund at our discretion solely. This is because we are unable to sell products that have been damaged or altered in any way to another customer.
